DEVELOPMENT - creating original IP and developing existing ones;
SCRIPTING - breaking story concepts with writing team / script writing / showrunning;
VOICE DIRECTING (from celebrities to seasoned voice actors to children) - casting and auditioning / selecting takes / fine cutting dialogue with editor;
STORYBOARDING - briefing storyboard artists / providing revision notes / approving;
ANIMATICS - fine cutting with editor / preparing for delivery to animation team;
DESIGN - briefing art department on design requirements/ approving new design assets and builds;
ANIMATION - reviewing and approving layout, blocking, animation, render and F/X passes;
EDIT - locking picture with editor / sending fine-cut for approval;
AUDIO POST - briefing composer / reviewing sound design / attending final sound mix.
PICTURE POST - colour correction, VF/X, titles and credits
